Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: >= 18 years old Established Cardiovascular disease Documented CAD (Coronary Artery Disease), Invasive Coronary Angiogram

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women Above 70 years of age or below 18 years Abnormal or irregular heart rhythm Uncontrolled hypertension requiring modification of anti-hypertensive treatment Undergone CABG in the past Do not consent to participate in the study

Objective of this observational study is to explore the value of including additional ECG feature analytics during the TMT assessment, and verify if the new analytical techniques increase sensitivity and specificity while improving the overall diagnostic value of the ECG stress test.
