Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 60. 2.Male and female. 3. Traumatic cases. 4.less than 3months since referral. 5. Duration of less than 9 months following injury. 6. Presenting to tertiary healthcare centre during the period of study and referred to occupational therapy department. 7. Willingtobepartofstudy

1. To find out functional outcome in traumatic brachial plexus injury 2.To correlate DASH,BrAT and WHOQOL-BREF 3.Overall shoulder function using modified mallet score 4. To assess use of upper limb in daily activity using â??The Brachial Assessment Tool (BrAT)â??â?? 5.To compare the functional outcome between different subtypes of BPI. 6.To assess upper limb disability and symptoms using DASH. 7.To assess overall quality of life using WHOQOL BREFTimepoint: Each patient will be assessed 5 times baseline assessment,3,6 , 9 ,12month
