Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Radiologically confirmed and haemodynamically stable cases of pelvis or acetabulum fracture who belong to ASA 1,2 and 3 category. ASA : American Society of Anaesthesiologist.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient refusal to participate in study. 2) Patient witth known allegy to Local Anaesthetic. 3) Patient with history of coagulopathy or on anti coagulants and antiplatelet drugs. 4) Patient with infection at the block site. 5) Poly-trauma patients involving other fracture of head injury or in shock.
