Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-60 years 2.Posted for elective surgery 3. BMI >30 to 40, 4. American physical status 1and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Trauma patients 2.Patient posted for Cardiothoracic and Neurosurgery 3.physical limitation 4. C/I for physical assessment 5.h/o critical incident in past 30 days (Accidental fall, recent MI, recent infection, hospitalization for other reason apart from the surgical cause
