Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - English speaking young adults. - Attended at least one semester of postgraduation. - Graduated from under-graduate course and transitioned to post-graduate program during the pandemic. - Must have taken admission in a new university. - Must have been part of remote learning or currently in a hybrid learning environment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Not in bereavement or experienced covid related death in immediate family. - Not dropped out of university. - Not currently taking a gap or deferral year. - Not currently experiencing mental or physical disability. - Not voluntarily opted for a distance education course.
