Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Nurse who is currently on the roll book of Kasturba Hospital Manipal -Age between 22 and 45 years -Registered in any State Nursing Council -Female Gender -Willingness to join in the prescribed training program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Auxiliary Nurse midwives -Nurses working in OPD -Nurses working in Operation theatre -Nurses who are above the level of the ward in charge -Nurses who are terminating their service within an year
