Inclusion criteria: availability of consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Distorted Local anatomy (as in trauma) 2) Pre-existing infection or ulceration at site of insertion 3) Thrombus within the subclavian vein 4) Coagulopathy (INR >1.5) 5) Consent not available
