Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosed case of Chronic sports injuries of elbow joint 2 Symptoms existing for more that 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient with symptoms due to acute injury of elbow joint 2 Patients suffering with systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus tuberculosis malignant wounds bleeding disorders 3 Fracture with partial or complete displacement deformity of joints

1 Pain Assessment by VAS scale and VDS Rating 2 Tenderness is assessed by grading 3 Functional state of the upper limb will be assessed by Disability of the Arm Shoulder and Hand Outcome Measure questionnaire 4 Assessment of Swelling by using measuring tape 5 Range of Motion of joints will be assessed by Goniometry 6 Measurement of muscle strength of the forearm and hands by Dynamometer 7 Manual muscle testing assessed by grading Timepoint: baseline 4th 7th and 11th day
