Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Female Patients with age group 18 years to 50 years 2) Classical Sign and Symptoms of Kaphaj Yonivyapad 3) Patients with Yonigata Shweta Picchila srava (per vaginal white discharge),Yonikandu(vaginal itching)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) STD 2) Local Skin Lesions 3) Cervical Erosion, Cervicitis

Measure	Time frame
To evaluate the improvement in yonikandu (vaginal itching) after applying Triphaladi Gel.Timepoint: Triphladi gel is advised per vaginally once a day at night for 14 days.2 follow ups will be taken on 7th and 14th day. Total duration of study will be 14 days.	—

Secondary

1)To review the literature of kaphaj yonivyapad in details from samhita. 2) To provide the effective alternative treatment for Kaphaj Yonivyapad according to Ayurveda.Timepoint: Triphladi gel is advised per vaginally once a day at night for 14 days.2 follow ups will be taken on 7th and 14th day. Total duration of study will be 14 days.	—
