Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects in the age group of 18-30 years. 2.Subjects with different skeletal pattern in the Antero-Posterior and Vertical dimensions. 3.Subjects willing to take part in the study. 4.Subjects whose orthodontic treatment is yet to be started.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with any previous history of orthodontic treatment. 2.Subjects with any systemic diseases. 3.Subjects with any craniofacial anomalies and history of craniofacial trauma. 4.Subjects with previous tonsil and /or adenoid surgery, previous maxillofacial surgery. 5.Subjects with cleft lip and palate. 6.Subjects who are on long term medication. 7.Subjects who have donated blood in the last 3 months. 8.Subjects with history of smoking. 9.Female subjects with nail varnish or paint. 10.Pregnant and lactating women.
