Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient having anal fissure in the anterior, lateral and posterior anal mid line.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 70 years 2. HIV, HBsAg and Anti-HCV Positive patient 3. pregnant female 4. patient having carcinoma of rectumn and anal canal 5. uncontrolled diabetic patient 6. chronic fissure with large multiple tag and abscess 7. fissure-in-ano followed by anal stricture 8. patient having myasthenia or any other muscle disorder 9. patient having fissure due to other systemic disorder like ucerative colitis, crohn,s disease, IBD, tuberculosis

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. pain 2. bleeding per rectum 3. burning sensation 4. itching around anus 5. constipation 6. incontinence-solid, liquid and flatus 7. Anal manometryTimepoint: 2 evaluations will be done at an interval of 15 days for total period of 30 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in the quality of lifeTimepoint: Evaluation will be done after 30 days
