Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients will be diagnosed according to the ROME IV criteria for the diagnosis. A informed consent will be obtained from all the participants after an appraisal about the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Irritable bowel syndrome (diarrhoea predominant) Fissures and fistula Haemorrhoids Inflammatory bowel disease Congenital megacolon
