Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals visiting Kasturba Hospital, Blood Bank for blood donation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals visiting Kasturba Hospital, Blood Bank for therapeutic indications, who are deferred from donation, and who are not willing to participate and donors where the vein may not be possible to assess due to any other reasons (tatooing in phlebotomy area/skin lesions/discoloration)
