Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -ASA grade I, II & III -Age-20-60 years -Mentally competent -Undergoing elective thyroid surgery for thyroid mass under GA with conventional laryngoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant patients -Edentulous patients -Patients with ASA grade IV -Patients with cervical spondylosis and spondyloarthropathy -Patients who do not give consent -Patients who experienced cervical spine instability -Patients who have undergone cervical spine surgeries -Patients having Neck X-Ray films, which not are done in SGPGI
