Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants of both genders between age of 18-60 years. 2. Patients who had medically diagnosed with shoulder dysfunction Clinical criteria include - 3. Patient defined symptoms of anterior shoulder pain more than 2 months during overhead activity 4. Positive Hawkins-Kennedy test/ Neerâ??s sign and Empty can test 5. Shoulder Pain on NPRS ranging from 4-7
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with history of major trauma, shoulder fractures, dislocation and subluxation. 2. Patient underwent any surgical procedure for shoulder within the 12 weeks. 3. Patient had taken steroid injection over a period of 2 months for shoulder problem. 4. Shoulder pain with cervical origin or any other musculoskeletal condition. 5. Rheumatoid arthritis, Reiterâ??s syndrome like systemic disease. 6. Pregnancy. 7. Malignancies. 8. Patients with neurological symptoms or further medical or psychiatric disorders.
