Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.To compare the time for onset of action by objectively assessing the absence of twitch response to train of four (TOF) stimulation. 2.To compare the intubating conditions during endotracheal intubation using Copenhagen consensus conference scoring system. Timepoint: 1.To compare the time for onset of action by objectively assessing the absence of twitch response to train of four (TOF-0) stimulation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
the conditions of putting the tube in trachea using rocuronium or vecuroniumTimepoint: after giving rocuronium or vecuronium
