Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First-time mothers attending antenatal OPD at KLES Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital & MRC. With a singleton pregnancy. At 20-24 weeks of gestation. Fathers who are available in OPD to attend one session

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers who are irregular for visits. Not willing to take part in the study. Pre-term delivery
