Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ICU survivors 2. Above 18 years of age 3. Either gender 4. ICU stay of more than 4 days 5. Either mechanically ventilated or not 6. Persons with an able bodied bystander/ caregiver

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons not ambulant prior to ICU admission 2. Persons advised immobilization post trauma 3. Persons suffering from neurological conditions compromising balance and ambulation ability 4. Persons experienced more than 2 falls in the past 6 months 5. Persons who cannot follow commands
