Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of both genders between the age group of 20 to 60 years. 2. Patients of piles of all position and I0 &II0 degree of haemorrhorids.[16] 3. Shushka Arshas
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Paitents with Pitta Pradhan Prakruti. 2. Pregnancy and lactating women. 3. Arshas associated with other ano-rectal colon conditions like â?? fissure, fistla in ano, polyps, ulcerative colitis, sinus, malignancy, Vascular anomalies, abcess, bleeding piles. 4. Patients associated with systemic disease like hypertension, DM II 5.Immunocompromised Patients, HBSAg, HIV Positive Paitent 6. Arshas that are strangulated, prolapsed rectum were excluded.. 7. 3rd and 4th degree of heamorrhoids. 8. Covid 19 paitents.
