Intervention1: Inj Dexmedetomidine: Dose of Inj Dexmedetomidine 10mcg and 0.5% Ropivacaine 20 ml.
Frequency of injections is single dose for Anesthesia prior to surgery.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient undergoing upper limb surgery like hemangioma of shoulder, shoulder arthroscopy, fracture of proximal humorous and lateral 2/3 of clavicle under interscalene nerve block fullfiling inclusion and exclusions criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All the patients with cardiac, hepatic, renal, endocrine diseases, seizure disorder,patients with allergy to study drug, not giving informed consent , pregnant & lactating mothers were excluded from the study.
