Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 patients Daycare surgery with tiva propofol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA 3 and 4 patients Surgeries extending for more than 2 hours from incision time Operation plan requiring in patient hospital stay Pregnant/ lactating patients H/o Torsade de pointes or QTc > 450 ms Previous MI or unstable angina, arrhythmia, CHF C/I to olanzapine use: Parkinson’s disease, lewy body dementia,
