Inclusion criteria: normal individual

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unstable cardiovascular status such as myocardial infarction within previous 1 month 2.Recent thoracic or abdominal surgery (within previous 6 weeks) 3. Recent eye or ear surgery (within previous 6 weeks) 4.Proven or suspected active pulmonary tuberculosis 5.Thoracic, abdominal, or cerebral aneurysm 6.Oral or facial pain exacerbated by mouthpiece 7.Active hemoptysis 8.Uncontrolled blood pressure 9. Acute illnesses that may interfere with performance of the procedure such as acute respiratory tract infection, nausea, vomiting, chest pain, or abdominal pain 10.Last trimester of pregnancy 11.Any congenital heart disease
