Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Age above 18 years - COVID-19 positive, confirmed positive to SARS- CoV- 2 infection by positive RT-PCR result from nasopharyngeal swabs on admission
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Diagnosed as suspect case of SARS- CoV- 2 infection - patients with hemalogical malignancy - patients with auto immune disease
