Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults aged 20 to 60 years who have a muscle power 4 and 5 according to MRC

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any inflammatory or other disease involving joints or muscles pathology Persons with any Neurological or neuromuscular disorders History of injury ,disease or pain in upper limb region History of injury, disease or pain in cervical region. Pregnant women who are not able to understand and perform the testing procedures.
