Intervention1: Experimental group: Experimental group will receive Class IV High intensity Laser and conventional physiotherapy. Lumber corset will be given to both groups for stabilisation. Treatment

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Already diagnosed cases of Lumbar disc herniation with low back pain at any level (L4-S1) MRI showing herniated lumbar disc. Age group 30-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: H/O any spinal surgery including discectomy at lumber region Spondylolisthesis in lumber region Primary lumbar canal stenosis Any Spinal fracture at lumber region Tumor and Malignancy in spine Pregnancy Any Implant in affected part of lumbar region Any tattoo on treating area
