Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: carious lesions approximating pulp in molars with reduced dentin thickness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: peri radicular changes or periodontal widening

Primary

MeasureTime frame
compare the treatment outcome of a novel biological approach of vital pulp therapy with a traditional approach.Timepoint: The treated teeth will be evaluated for formation of dentin every three months for one year.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the ability of both these modalities in maintaining the vitality of pulp.Timepoint: all the cases were tested for vitality once in every three months for one year
