Inclusion criteria: carious lesions approximating pulp in molars with reduced dentin thickness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: peri radicular changes or periodontal widening

MeasureTime frame
compare the treatment outcome of a novel biological approach of vital pulp therapy with a traditional approach.Timepoint: The treated teeth will be evaluated for formation of dentin every three months for one year.—
