Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participant’s symptoms satisfying ICD-10 criteria for non-organic insomnia Subjects who are willing to participate in the study by signing an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have had a history of spinal injuries. Any history of mental disease in the subject. Females in the midst of menstruation. Patients who have consumed alcohol or smoked prior to the start of the study. Patients who are sick and disabled
