Intervention1: Experimental group: Experimental Group will undergo Blood test for inflammatory markers which will include: Interleukin 6, C-reactive protein, CBC under the supervision of Orthopedician

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Diagnosed cases of Knee osteoarthritis with osteoarthritis Radiographic stage- 2-3 (Kellgren and Lawrence system for classification) by Orthopaedician • Age: 40â?? 55 yrs • Knee OA involving any compartment (patellofemoral compartment, femorotibial, lateral femorotibial compartment or all three)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Any metallic implant in affected knee • Existing infection in affected knee • Malignancy or Tumor in/ around affected knee • H/O surgery around knee • H/O auto immune disease • H/O Intra-articular steroid injection for same condition in last 3 months • H/O any uncontrolled cardiovascular or metabolic diseases • Any tattoo on treating area • Recent infection of Covid 19
