Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: RTPCR / CT proven COVID-19 pneumonia with saturation less than 93%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Post cardiac arrest Patients on opioid antagonist, chronic opioid or sleeping pills, SSRI, Monoamine oxidase inhibitors, central nervous system depressants Patients with cerebrovascular accident and other CNS disorders.
