Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Recently diagnosed migraine patients within 6 months on stable therapy 2)Age: 18 to 50 years 3)Willing to volunteer in the study 4)Willing to perform prescribed activity at home

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals who regularly practice Pranayama at home 2)Pre menstrual or menstrual migraine 3)Pregnant women 4)Patients with other CVS, Endocrinological, Pulmonary and neurological comorbidities.
