Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diabetic patients with age between 40-55yrs who are able to do exercises. With history of DM 5 to 10 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: DM patients with vestibular and balance disorders. Patients with history of hypertension. DM patients severe medical complications.  Patients who are already started exercise
