Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy children of 5-10-year age. 2. Children indicated for at least one clinical sessions of dental procedures requiring inferior alveolar nerve block. 3. Children indicated with mandibular extraction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: � Uncooperative children. � Active infection at site of injection. � Children with known history to allergy to any local anesthetic agent. � Children with mobile tooth indicated for extraction.
