Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: Irrespective to age Sex: Irrespective to sex Disease: All,except Acute gastroenteritis,persistent Vomiting,and life threatening disorders Fever: Mild to Moderate Fever Axillary temperature ranging from(37.2C-38.8C or 99F-102F)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe Fever Ac. Gastroenteritis Fever associated with neurological impairment (Febrile seizure).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Symptomatic Scale 2.Blood investigation: CBC, ESR,CRP,Blood culture 3.Urine: Urinalysis,C/S 4.Stool: Hemocculte Timepoint: 3 evaluation will be done within 3 hour, 6 hour, 3rd day

Secondary

improvement in criteria listed in scale for Feeling of hot (Samtapa) Reduced appetite (Aruchi) Thirst (Trishna) Body ache (Angamarda) Palpitation (Hridaya-vyatha) Facial flushing Shivering Fatigue / Irritability Axillary temperature and other relevant investigations as per diagnosisTimepoint: Treatment will be started after measuring axillary temperature,3 follow up will be done at interval of 3 days
