Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject willing to participate in study with signed informed consent Female subjects who are working in tertiary care hospital Womenâ??s who have experienced 12 consecutive months of amenorrhea

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed with insomnia Subjects with any recent injuries or major surgeries Subjects with any menstrual abnormalities Subjects with surgical menopause Psychologically compromised subject
