Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Physical status 1- 3. Diabetic patients with more than one year of diabetes and posted for elective surgery scheduled to receive General Anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncooperative and unwilling patients. History of burns, trauma or surgeries to airway. Tumours or mass in the neck or the airway Patients with obvious anatomical variations of their face, neck, palate or hands. Patients with fractures, wound or surgery to small joints of hands. Patients with coexisting diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, oral malignancies and large neck masses
