Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Both Male and Female patients between age 6years to 60 years. 1.The patients presenting signs and symptoms of Karna sravah(Safe CSOM)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.CSOM associated with atticoantral (unsafe CSOM)cholesteatoma,secondary to metabolic disorder. 2.patient below 6 yrs and above 60 yrs of age. 3.patient having ASOM 4.patient having other complications like aural polyp ,maggots etc. 5.patient having other systemic Disorders like K/C/O DM,HTN,Kochs,AIDS,IHD,CHD. 6.any other medical condition that in the OPINION OF GUIDE may cause the subjects to be unsutable for completion of study or plkace the subject at potential risk from being in study.
