Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to participate in the study ASA I &II. Patient age 18-70 years of either sex Elective laproscopic cholecystectomy cases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA 3 or more Pregnant and lactating mother Anticipated difficult airway Patients with uncontrolled chronic illness like 1.diabetes mellitus 2.asthma 3.patients on monoamine oxidase inhibitors 4. smokers Patients with previous renal and hepatic dysfunction,heart diseases,valvular heart disease and electrophysiological abnormalities and other hemodynamic instability.

This study attempts to find out the effects of carbondioxide pneumoperitoneum on arterial blood gas and hemodynamics in laproscopic cholecystectomy.Timepoint: preoperatively,15min after co2 insufflation,1 hr postoperatively
