Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Physically active, able to hear and understand and willing to participate in the study and intervention program 2. Men and women (60 years and above)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hearing loss, mental illnesses, severe dementia and severe depression etc. 2. Older adults with recent medical or surgical intervention 3. Severe communication problem 4. Recent participation in any sort of Cognitive training.
