Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who will attend the Mullanthandu Vaatham(Lumbar spondylosis) special OPD at AAGHIM,Chennai. Patients those who are taking special medicines for a mandalam(48 days) and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are new to Special OPD Patients who are failed to followup regularly. Patients who are not willing for this study.
