Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are having tobacco smoking and/or chewing habits in the past 3 years. 2. patients who are able to read and understand the instructions and pictorials on the charts.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have associated habit of alcohol consumption along with Tobacco smoking and/or chewing habit. 2. Patients who are not willing to participate in the study. 3. Participants who are mentally challenged. 4. Patients who are diagnosed with/ under treatment of precancer and cancer.
