Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both ischemic and haemorrhagic stroke. 2. First onset of supratentorial stroke 3. Either gender aged 30 to 75. 4. Stroke severity ââ?¬â?? based on NIHSS grading (minor to moderate stroke, grading ââ?°Â¤15)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having severe cognitive-perceptual dysfunction limiting their ability to follow simple verbal instructions. 2. MOCA 3. Patients with visual field defects and peripheral vestibular disorder. 4. Musculoskeletal complexities such as Shoulder dislocation and subluxation. ââ?¬Â¢ ââ?¬Å?Shoulder painââ?¬? >7/10 on numerical pain rating scale. 5. Any history of upper limb fractures in the past 4 months. 6. Any neuromuscular condition that affected both upper extremities.
