Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Class I carious lesions 1) Lower and Upper molars 2) 25-45 years 3) Male or Female(Both Gender) 4) Caries categorized as D2 under ICDAS will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)Known allergic reaction to fluoride or silver b)Patients with underlying conditions: 1) Systemic disease or severe medical complications. 2) Periodontal problem. 3) Mobile teeth and non-vital teeth •Ulcerative gingivitis and Stomatitis.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To examine the clinical survival of direct composite posterior restorations in cavitated carious lesions treated with chemo-mechanical and chemo-therapeutic caries management strategies.Timepoint: After 1 week,3,6,12 months.
