Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals of Age Group 18-65. Conditions where crestal dimension width Patients with atrophic ridges who requires immediate fixed prosthesis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medically compromised patients. Immediate extraction cases. chronic smokers and alcoholics. Pregnancy.
