Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancy with vertex presentation Gestational age between 37 and 42 weeks Bishop score Parity Intact membranes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All contraindications to vaginal delivery Known allergy to misoprostol Previous uterine Surgery Heart disease, renal disease and hepatic surgery Clinically suspected chorioamnionitis
