Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects with Systolic blood pressure (SBP) =140?mmHg and/or a diastolic blood pressure (DBP) =90?mmHg; with or without antihypertensive drugs. The diagnosis of hypertension will be made according to the updated 2015 eighth Joint National Committee (JNC-8) guidelines and recommendations on Hypertension. and subjects who are willing to participating the study by signing consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients who have Fever, Hypersensitivity. Secondary hypertension. Subjects diagnosed with valvular heart disease, pericarditis or myocarditis, evidence of heart failure with ejection fraction 35%, acute coronary syndrome, previous Coronary artery bypass grafting, Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty with or without stenting, history of stroke, current abnormal thyroid function; chronic renal failure, pregnancy. Diabetic associated with hypertension. Females during during menstruation
