Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals of either sex aged between 10 to 16 years of either sex Individuals having BMI more than 85th percentile of CDC growth Charts Individuals with Any three and more classical signs and symptoms of Sthaulya viz Chala sphika udara Sthana Aalasya Utsah hani Kshudra shwasa Aayase shwasa Nidraadhikya Swedaadhikya Daurgandhya Daurbalya Atipipasa Atikshudha Children on oral medication for obesity will be included in the study after a wash out period of two weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children aged less than 10 years and more than 16 years Children who are known cases of any systemic endocrinal illness like DM Thyroid disorders HTN CHD Asthma etc or known cases of any psychiatric or genetic disorders Children who are known case of drug induced obesity
