Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients willing to practice pranayama regimen 2. Patients practicing pranayama regimen minimum 5 days per week at home 3. Patients willing to fill the headache diary

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertension, coronary artery disease, recent abdominal/ thoracic surgery, epilepsy 2. Psychiatric illness or conditions affecting communication with the patient 3. Patients already practicing pranayama 4. Previous bad experience with pranayama
