Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients willing to sign informed consent. 2)Patients willing to participate in the study. 3)Patients undergoing elective nasal surgeries under general anaesthesia with post operative nasal packing for 24 hours 4)Patients belonging to ASA (American Society of anesthesiologists physical status) I or II. 5)Age: 18-65 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)All patients below 18 years and above 65 years. 2)Patient’s refusal. 3)Patients with ASA III or more. 4)Patients with hepatic, renal, cardiac or respiratory problems. 5)Haematological, bleeding disorders and coagulopathies. 6)History of smoking 7)BMI= 30 kg/m2 8)History of snoring, OSA
