Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Younger healthy individuals between the age group of 18 to 24 years. 2. Individuals with grade level 1-2 in 7 stage sit up test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals having BMI below 18.5 and higher than 28 and above. 2. Individuals going to gym, yoga, aerobic or any exercises since last 6 months. 3. Individuals with history of recent upper limb injuries and surgeries (6 months). 4. Individuals having low back pain, spine problems and pathologies. 5. Individuals with recent fever. 6. Individuals with respiratory distress.
