Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 60-80 years. Both male and females. Berg balance scale score more than 45. Walk independently for 10m. Able to understand written and oral hindi/english. Should be able to use electronic devices like laptops, phones, tablets.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any neurological disorder. Received physiotherapy regularly due to injury/ illness/ fall prevention program in last 6 months. Lower limb joint replacement in last 1 year. History of 1 fall in last 1 year. Un-corrected disability in visual, auditory sensation and vestibular organ. Chronic pain.
